What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on Subaru vehicles.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and manufacturer-recommended services.
- Use Subaru's advanced diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality control inspections and road tests as required.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay current with Subaru factory training and the latest automotive technology.
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman/Journeywomen Automotive Service Technician certification or a 4th Year Apprentice.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using modern automotive diagnostic equipment and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- ASE certification is considered an asset but is not required.
