The Administrative Support III will be a member of a primary health care team based at or out of Leduc Public Health Centre and is responsible for clerical and receptionist duties including greeting clients, switchboard, booking appointments, assisting with weighing and measuring babies, data entry/word processing, records management, and other related clerical duties as required. This position requires the employee to pack, lift, move, and transport heavy or awkward supplies to various work sites. This is a multisite position which includes Beaumont Public Health Centre, Devon Health Unit and Thorsby Public Health Centre.
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Successful completion of a post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate from an accredited business school/college. Two years recent secretarial/reception experience. Public Health experience in a rural setting. Proficiency in Meditech & SharePoint.
