About The Position:
Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support fast-paced industrial operations.

Wage: $25.73 to $29.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other industrial equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow standard operating procedures and site safety protocols
- Load, move, and transport materials safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues when possible
- Maintain accurate production and operational records
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets
- Keep work areas clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Valid equipment certification or operator training is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
- Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts with flexibility for other shift schedules
- Strong communication skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to the site
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
