About Us
Carnivore Consultants Inc. is a North American consulting firm built exclusively for the meat industry. We support processors through food safety and quality systems, regulatory readiness, operational improvement, and facility and process design.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support administrative projects and help build efficient systems that can scale with the business.
Work Arrangement
This role will begin primarily in person to support administrative projects and business organization initiatives. As systems and processes become established, the position is expected to transition into a hybrid arrangement with increased flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and organize client information in the CRM system
- Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation for bookkeeping preparation
- Organize project files, photos, and business records
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks
- Conduct lead generation and industry research to support business development activities
- Gather and organize information from online resources, industry associations, conferences, and other sources
- Assist with the organization and scheduling of social media and marketing content
- Maintain content libraries, marketing assets, and promotional materials
- Support the development and maintenance of efficient business systems and processes
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, coordination, office support, or related experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning and working with technology and digital systems
- Ability to handle confidential business and client information with professionalism and discretion
