Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
- Process sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-organized
- Maintain accurate cash register operations and balance drawers at shift end
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Support team members with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is advantageous
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through upselling techniques
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset for serving diverse customer bases
Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
