Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves performing a variety of painting and labor tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with house painting. Time management, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming
Apply paint, stain, or coatings to various surfaces using brushes and rollers
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met on time
Requirements
Punjabi or Hindi preferred but not required
Previous experience in construction, restoration, or industrial painting preferred but not needed
Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes and rollers
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to perform demanding labor including bending, climbing ladders
Valid <PERSON> (or relevant) license preferred but not required
