Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Mixologist/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to uphold health regulations
- Assist in setting up the bar for service and cleaning up at the end of shifts
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
