Patio Enclosures Installer (2 Positions Available)

Position Overview
We are seeking two dependable, detail-oriented Patio Enclosures Installers to join our team. This role involves the fabrication and installation of prefabricated structures, including Florida rooms, screen rooms, decks, and railing systems.
The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment in various weather conditions. Overtime and occasional travel or work away from home may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate prefabricated structures such as Florida rooms, screen rooms, decks, and railings in a warehouse setting
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
- Perform on-site installation and assembly as required
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, order sheets, and installation instructions
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a truck with a 24-ft flatbed trailer
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including caulking equipment
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills (accurate tape measure use required)
- Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
