Job Description:
Red Ram Truck Parts & Service is looking for a detail-loving Counter Sales Trainee to join our team. You’ll help us “wow” our customers by delivering best-in-class customer service while learning how to search our inventory of new/used/salvaged parts to get our customers back on the road as quickly as possible. You’ll make sure our customers feel welcome when they walk through our doors, have great organizational skills, have communication superpowers, and thrive in fast-paced environment. Who You Are:
· You may not be a mechanic, but you love all things mechanical and understanding the inner workings of big trucks is essential your success
· You have the ability to put people at ease and make everyone smile by building rock-solid relationships and turning every customer experience into a proverbial high-five!
· You are detail-oriented and can spot the tiniest details from a mile away
· You understand the importance of good record keeping and ensure all documentation is completed with bullseye like precision
· You can juggle tasks like a professional circus performer, keeping chaos at bay by prioritizing task completion. You’re an accomplished multitasker who ensures every task gets its time in the spotlight and nothing slips through the cracks.
· You thrive on teamwork and enjoy jumping in “feet first” to help our team conquer challenges and achieve epic victories.

What You Need:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Fluency in English and Punjabi.
· Mechanically inclined with experience in the trucking industry
