SteedMark partners with well-known brands to bring their products and services directly to the public through live, event-based promotions across Surrey. We're looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales Associate who enjoys engaging people and wants to develop a strong foundation in sales. No prior experience is required — structured training is provided and your growth is supported from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with consumers at live promotional events to present products and services
- Walk customers through their options clearly and confidently, answering questions along the way
- Guide interested customers from initial inquiry through to purchase
- Contribute to individual and team targets with a results-oriented approach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of active campaigns and product offerings
- Submit accurate daily reports on sales activity and customer interactions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills
Who We're Looking For:
- Confident, personable communicator who enjoys talking to new people
- Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Able to stay organized and on task in busy, live event environments
- Open to coaching and growing within a structured program
- Full-time availability for in-person, live events
- Regular access to a reliable vehicle is preferred, as events take place at various locations across Surrey
- Background in sales, retail, or hospitality is an asset — not required
