Looking to add some more experienced labour and handy men to the team! We do lots of Reno's including: bathrooms, kitchens, and full main floor remodelling.
We are looking for a few skilled labourers who can help prep jobs and mitigate between the various trades. Job responsibilities can include some or all of the following:
- demo (tile, flooring, walls)
- basic framing (building walls, shower niches, resizing walls)
- basic drywalling (re-board few walls after demo, drywall patch)
- basic carpentry (re-nailing baseboard, trimming islands, building supports)
- basic plumbing (hooking up faucets, toilets)
Ideally looking for someone who I could give a bathroom to and they could do the whole job start to finish, with maybe just a few other trades involved.
Wages are based on experience, level of autonomy, and tools. We can also pay jobs on peace rate i.e. a price for a bathroom reno.
