Small country bakery specializing in making award winning Buttertarts and other baked goods.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and dependable person to join our team at Doo Doo's Bakery. Applicants should be enthusiastic about baking.
BAKER Full Time Position:
- Able to work Monday to Friday and some Saturdays (flexable on hours 7-3 or 9-5)
- Able to lift 40lbs, safely and repeatedly
- Primary Goal is to prep products for the weekends and markets.
- Produce dough from scratch
- Proficient at following recipes and making contistent product
- Producing up to 10 to 15 batches of dough daily
- Rolling and spinning 30 to 50 dozen tart shells daily
- Rolling when required for orders of fruit pies and meat pies
- Maintain a clean work space and clean up at the end of shift
- Able to manage time and ensure production is completed
- Able to work and communicate well with other co-workers
- Bakery or Kitchen experience is preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate a asset and bakery experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
