Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and promotions.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Automotive sales experience is an asset.
- Full-time availability, including weekends as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to earn and succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
