Raven Rentals is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant . This role is ideal for someone with who enjoys organization, working with numbers, and building practical business skills in a supportive, flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling, calendar coordination, and general office support
- Preparing and maintaining digital and physical records
- Entering and tracking accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with basic account reconciliation and accountant communication
- Maintaining asset lists and simple financial tracking
- Completing payroll
Training and support will be provided, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.

Qualifications
- Some experience in administration or bookkeeping preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Microsoft Office SAGE/or QuickBooks Online is an asset
Compensation
- Part‑time: approx. $20–$24/hour, based on experience
- Full‑time: approx. $22–$26/hour, based on experience and responsibilities
- Wage growth opportunities as bookkeeping duties expand
- Benefits available after a 3‑month probationary period
