Responsibilities

- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Support children with diverse needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary.
- Engage in caregiving duties such as feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure children’s comfort and safety.
- Observe and document each child's progress, sharing insights with families and team members to support ongoing development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that align with curriculum goals and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations at all times.

- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
