We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top level service to our customers, maintaining a tidy bar, and helping on the production side (one day a week). The candidate will have at least 3 years bar-tending experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in service, and the ability to think on their feet. No previous distillery production experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- building and serving our custom made cocktails
- some light food preparation (pizzas, and other small dishes)
- Maintaining a clean bar and kitchen
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- uphold a high level of service
- Demonstrate product knowledge and features to customers.
- handle a busy room
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- In the Production department follow the direction of the Master Distiller which could include bottling, labelling, mashing, cleaning etc
