New Business Development – Technical Sales
ETBO is looking for a person to join our new business development team which is responsible for evaluating and pricing custom tooling and manufacturing projects. This team is also responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
The successful applicant will have metal stamping tooling experience with both progressive and transfer tooling and have manufacturing process knowledge. CAD experience and the ability to make tooling layouts are required. This role requires a high degree of technical knowledge, creativity, extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Minimum educational requirement: Engineering Technologist diploma or Engineering degree.
New Business Development – Sales
ETBO is looking for a person to join our new business development team which is responsible for evaluating and pricing custom tooling and manufacturing projects. This team is also responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
The successful applicant will have Microsoft experience and will assist in the preparation of quotations. This role requires extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Manufacturing experience would be an asset. Minimum educational requirement: College diploma or University degree.
Press Operator / Manufacturing Associate
We are seeking experienced Stamping Press Operators to help with production, die changeovers, and press/equipment troubleshooting. An applicant’s aptitude, work ethic and attitude will determine the variety and type of work assigned, and we will provide training where necessary. We are looking for afternoon shift availability.
Die Setter
Experienced press operator with the ability to setup stamping dies. Hands on mechanical aptitude is important and additional internal training available. Candidates must have experience in feedlines, capable of threading coils, tuning run parameters, understanding of press controllers/HMI's, and stamping die knowledge. Candidates must have basic understanding of mechanical presses and functionality.
Account Management / Client Administrator
Operating in a JIT (Just In Time) environment, this is a fast-paced role with a variety of responsibilities, interacting with a variety of contacts internally and externally. Join our growing team in account management and be responsible for account management, order processing, procurement and project coordination. In this role, the incumbent will also participate as a member of our cross-functional quality team. The position contributes significantly to the development and maintenance of long-term relationships and requires strong analytical, time management, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will have strong verbal & written communication skills & exceptional attention to detail. Proven customer service and problem resolution experience are definite assets. Experience in a manufacturing environment and the automotive industry is not required.
