Sunny Communities is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Rosaleen and Bond Sales Centre in Richmond Hill. Pay includes base salary and fixed bonus commission!!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and real estate agents.
- Introduce available homes, floor plans, pricing and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and agents.
- Assist with Agreements of Purchase and Sale and sales documentation.
- Maintain customer information and daily sales reports.
- Support sales events and general Sales Centre operations.
Requirements
- New home sales experience and RECO licensed preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, organized and sales-focused.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required.
Job Type: Part-time/Full Time in September for another project
Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
