We are seeking an Experienced Paving Personal to join our dedicated team. This role is essential for ensuring the successful completion of paving projects, requiring a combination of technical skills and hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, concrete work, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Duties
- Raking Asphalt
- Operating Plate tamper
- Shoveling Asphalt
- Driving Tool Truck
- Execute paving tasks with precision, including asphalt paving techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on paving operations.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
