Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills a requirement.
A willingness to excel on a vast array of vehicles and equipment would serve you well, as our shop works on all makes and models.
Our primary work is on these brands: Freightliner, Western Star, International, Peterbilt, and Kenworth. (Cummins, Detroit, International, Paccar).

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance, troubleshooting/diagnosing and repair of all truck systems.
- Quality repairs and maintenance on heavy-truck and diesel engines from multiple brands.
- Proficient in emissions inspections, drive-train, electrical, air/brake system repairs.
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Write detailed and professional stories on work orders.
- Maintain a clean work environment, as well as personal and company tools.
- Showing up with a positive attitude and willingness to work as a team to achieve success.
- Senior level of understanding of diagnostic processes and procedures and understanding the diagnostic workflow
- Mentor other technicians
- Collaborate with the foreman and the service department for efficient shop workflow
- Meet or exceed standard repair times
