We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Journeyman Carpenter or Apprentice
- Drywall Technician (Steel Stud Framer, Boarder and Finishers)
- Flooring (VCT, LVP and Carpet Tile)
- Painter
Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks involving physical labour at construction sites, warehouses, or other locations.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
- WHMIS and First Aid is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Experience:
- Construction/Drywall/Flooring: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
