About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist (Junior–Intermediate) to support day-to-day IT operations at Dan-D Foods Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving systems, supporting users, and working with vendors to keep business operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to support IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity best practices, and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support solution design by validating requirements and proposed solutions
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
System Support
- Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Support basic networking issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Enforce IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software development life cycle.
Proficiency with tools such as:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Business Central (Previously Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
- Microsoft Power BI

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
