This role offers the flexibility to work from home, with some travel required for court appearances as needed—travel expenses are fully covered. We are specifically Looking for a lawyer to take clients in Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie.
Salary is commensurate with experience. We offer flexible compensation structures based on individual preferences and qualifications.
Please refrain from applying if you have recently been called to the bar, as we do not currently offer a training program. This position requires at least two years of experience practicing family law in Ontario.
Requirements:
- Must be called to the Bar in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
- Possess an LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized Canadian institution with strong academic credentials.
- Candidates will be required to complete a skill assessment test in family law as part of the selection process.
- Candidates must reside in Ontario, Canada, and have access to a reliable vehicle.
