Why choose Ohana Care?
Ohana Care Health Services is a fast-growing company with a vision to be a leader in Canada's emerging home care services market. You're getting in on the ground floor and, in turn, will be presented with many opportunities to learn and grow a career in a modern thinking home care services business. We currently serve Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and the surrounding areas.
Who we're looking for
Ohana Care is looking for a Business Development and client-focused Care Manager. As part of the Ohana Care family, our employees must be passionate about providing seniors with outstanding care. Therefore, the most crucial part of our work is to build relationships with our clients to ensure they feel cared for.
As our clients' first point of contact, the Business Development Manager will play a vital role in the company's overall growth strategy. As a private equity-backed company, the sky is the limit for our employees. We reward hard work and dedication with exceptional opportunities to grow with the company. Of course, we expect a little more from our employees – it is not unusual for our team to "pitch in" other areas to get the job done. We recognize these contributions and love to provide career development opportunities in return.
Often when our clients call, they face a difficult decision regarding their own care or the care of a much-loved family member. Therefore, the Business Development Manager must be professional and sensitive in all client communications as we guide them toward the best care plan.
We offer a range of home care services provided in the home, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and the surrounding areas, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you meet the below requirements, we'd love to hear from you.
