Fabutan | Hush Lash Studio is growing, and we are looking for upbeat, confident, driven, and highly motivated individuals to join our teams!
We are currently hiring for the following locations:
- Okotoks
- Beltline / Downtown
- Westbrook Area
- Midnapore
- Heritage
This is not your average “front desk” position. Our teams are responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while actively educating clients, touring services, building memberships, recommending products, and driving sales within the studio.

PART-TIME POSITIONS:
Perfect for individuals looking for flexible scheduling with opportunities for strong commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk operations
- Customer service
- Membership sales
- Product recommendations
- Touring clients through services
- Studio cleanliness and organization
- Client education
Compensation:
- Starting at $15/hour
- PLUS commissions & bonuses
- Flexible scheduling available
- Evening & weekend availability is considered an asset
FULL-TIME MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:
We are also looking for leadership-focused individuals interested in management opportunities.
Management candidates should have:
- Leadership and coaching experience
- Strong sales background
- Confidence managing team performance and goals
- Ability to lead by example within a high-performance environment
Compensation:
- Starting at $20+/hour depending on experience
- PLUS commissions & bonuses
- Full-time hours
