Job Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Property maintenance and repair work
- Residential and commercial unit cleanouts
- Demolition and site preparation
- Construction and renovation cleanup
- Interior and exterior painting
- Landscaping and lawn maintenance
- Assisting with renovation and construction projects
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional worksites
- Responding to service calls for property management companies, landlords, and commercial clients
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various projects
- Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
- Documenting completed work when required
Qualifications
- Valid G driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario as needed
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, property owners, and clients
