We are looking for dedicated prep & line cooks to support the culinary growth of Simona restaurant (opening early august)!
You should LOVE hospitality and have a desire to help us move our organization forward by creating a long-term career with us. You'll need to have a love for creating culinary experiences along with a passion for craft beer, great food, and amazing people!
What You'll Do
You are vital to the success of the restaurant. You are the heart of the operation and often work under great pressure. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- The quality preparation of food items & supportive collaboration with FOH team members
- Maintaining sanitation and Health & Safety standards
- Achieving rigid standards for timing, quality, presentation, and cost
- Produce attractive specials, created by our Chef that enhances the offering to the guest.
Availability to work nights and weekends is a must.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
