Responsibilities
- Remove, install, and balance tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure proper fitment and safety standards.
- Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues related to tires, brakes, suspension, or other mechanical components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues and support more complex repairs alongside senior technicians.
- Support the sales process by promoting maintenance packages and tire options that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and repairs.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required for tire installation and vehicle servicing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires or vehicle components.
- Basic understanding of automotive sales processes is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
