Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.

- Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as necessary.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in technical sales concepts is a plus, along with experience in merchandising strategies.
