Automotive Service Technician – Flat Rate | High Hours, Strong Pay & Full Bays

Compensation: $52–$60/flat-rate hour
Potential earnings: $115,000 - $125,000+ annually

We operate a busy, established aftermarket repair shop in Grande Prairie—and we’re looking for skilled flat-rate technicians who want consistent work, strong earning potential, and a shop that respects their time.

What You Can Expect
- Flat-rate compensation of $52–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- 60 hour guarantee on a ten day pay period( 66 for an 11 day pay period) This guarantee does not end!

What Our Strong Technicians Earn
Technicians who consistently produce 40–60+ billed hours per week can earn approximately $115,000 + per year.
We will show qualified applicants the real numbers: vehicle count, average repair order, available hours, technician production, and how work is dispatched. You shouldn’t have to gamble with your income when changing shops.
You May Be a Fit If You
- Are a Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician, Red Seal technician.
- Can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Produce quality work without sacrificing efficiency
- Complete clear digital inspections that help customers make informed decisions
- Communicate well with service advisors and other technicians
- Take ownership of comebacks and care about doing the job properly
- Have a valid driver’s license and your own tools
Experience with diagnostics, electrical, diesel, drivability, HVAC, alignments, or advanced repair work is an asset—and may qualify you for a higher starting rate.
