Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business performance through data-driven strategies.
Duties
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis projects.
- Utilize SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data for analysis.
- Implement and optimize ETL processes using Talend to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Create automated reporting solutions using VBA and Python to streamline data processing tasks.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to assess current processes and recommend enhancements based on analytical findings.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python for automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
