About the Role
RSP Enterprise is a growing Canadian company in the HVAC and home-comfort distribution sector. We are looking for a Junior Corporate Accountant to join our finance team and grow with us.
This is a great fit if you have solid full-cycle bookkeeping and AP/AR experience, have seen a month-end close, and want to develop into a well-rounded corporate accountant. - Bookkeeping: Maintain the general ledger, record journal entries, and complete bank and credit-card reconciliations.
- Month-end and year-end close (with support): Assist with accruals, reconciliations, and working papers, and help the team close the books accurately and on time.
- Reporting support: Help prepare internal financial reports and schedules.
- Compliance support: Assist with GST/PST filings, payroll remittances, and keeping accurate, audit-ready records.
- General accounting support: Pitch in across the finance function as we grow, with guidance and training along the way.
