Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, loading, delivering, and setting up a wide range of rental products, all while representing our brand, and engaging with customers. You will also be tasked with warehouse upkeep, ensuring that the work area is kept clutter-free and clean. Working hours can vary depending on the time of year and upcoming events, so flexibility with early mornings or late nights is required.
Responsibilities
- Engage with other on-site event organizers, answering questions and providing information about services.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company at various venues.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of materials at a variety of events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall event experience.
Experience
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, as they can effectively communicate with a wider range of customers.
- Previous labour work is encouraged, as this position involves its fair share of material handling and physical labour.
