We’re hiring a full-time Sales Manager – Canvassing & Team Development who will hit the ground running help to scale our field team ASAP
Your Mission (From Day One):
- Aggressively recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber Solar Sales Specialists (target: 8 –12 quality reps in the first 2–4 weeks).
- Lead our current canvassing initiatives and spearhead our revolutionary (yes, we used that word) outreach model
- Design and deliver elite training: professional scripts, objection handling, value-based selling, and our core values in action.
- Lead daily field coaching, ride-alongs, territory planning, and accountability using proven checklists and processes.
- Build a relentless, genuine team that generates qualified leads while living our values: Pioneering, Relentless, Elite, Stewardship, Teamwork, Innovation, Genuine, and Efficiency.
- Help refine our canvassing strategy to stand out as the trusted choice in Edmonton and Calgary.
You’ll thrive here if you are:

- Solar/home improvement/D2D experience is a strong plus, but elite leadership matters most
Compensation (Competitive & Performance-Driven):
- Attractive base salary of 90K - 120K (Dependant on skillset and experience)
- Variable Compensation (Performance-Based)
Target variable pay: $40,000 – $80,000+ annually at goal, for On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000 – $200,000+. This is uncapped with strong upside for overperformance.
