About Us
G&A ROBOT is a fast-growing robotic vending system company providing automated food and beverage solutions, including smart coffee machines, bento meal machines, and ice cream machines, deployed across universities, transit hubs, shopping centres, hospitals, and entertainment venues.
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a proactive and highly driven Business Development Specialist to help us secure new placement locations and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Pitch and negotiate placement agreements with facilities such as universities, transit stations, community centres, hospitals, offices, and gyms
- Build strong relationships with property managers, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Work closely with the operations team for successful deployment
- Track progress and report business development pipeline updates regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently while delivering measurable results
- Fluent professional English
- Fluent Spanish is required
- Able to travel across Greater Vancouver for meetings and site visits
- Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
- Must be willing to travel for work related purposes
Compensation
The base salary starts at $50,000 per year, with potential for higher compensation depending on performance and results. Bonuses are also available based on successful business development outcomes.
