Responsibilities:
- Provide food and beverage product knowledge
- Use proper serving techniques
- Cash out and reconcile cash with total sales
- Take and relay food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check on guest satisfaction
- Handle complaints and concerns of customers
- Practice responsible alcohol service
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A secondary school diploma is preferred
- Must have previous serving/Barista/Bartending experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience is an asset
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is required – will train on our specific policies
- FOODSAFE certification
- Serving It Right certification required
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training is an asset – we will train
Hours and Wage:
- Per week range between 20-40 F/T
- Summer Seasonal Role
- $18.25/hr plus Tips
