- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments for staff.
Skills
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience in clerical work and administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
