Must have your own reliable transportation
' Responsible for taking menu orders and/or preparing drink or cocktail requests
· Serve/replenish and or clear food, and beverages
· Knowledge of menu, in house specials, promotions, etc. and utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue
· Engage with customers, provide recommendations on menu and drink offerings, including preparation and ingredients
· Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change, processing gift certificates, room charges
· Handle any guest concern or complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
· Clean designated areas in accordance with department standards and health and safety regulations and requirements
· Comply with Provincial Liquor and Gaming Regulations
· Knowledge of department cleaning products; this includes complying with all safe handling procedures and wearing required PPE as necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills
· Bartender/Server experience an asset
· VLT experience an asset

Work Conditions
· Sports Bar environment
· Physical demands include, but are not limited to walking, standing, reaching, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently
· High level of mental effort and attention to detail
· High level of sensory attention; sight and hearing
· Must be legal age to serve alcohol
· Must hold valid provincial Responsible Server Certificate
· Must be available to work days, evenings and weekend 20- 30 hours per week
