Position Summary
We are currently looking for an Installation Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in installation, cabinetry, and home improvement. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Installers, assisting with the installation of custom storage solutions in customers' homes while learning valuable trade skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist Installers with the safe and efficient installation of custom closets, garage systems, home offices, wall beds, and related products.
- Ensure installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude while working in clients' homes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $22.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Customer-oriented, friendly, professional, and punctual
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles
- Experience using basic hand and power tools is required
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in residential construction and installation environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow installation procedures and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinet, closet, millwork, furniture, or garage storage installation
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or home renovation environments
- Additional spoken languages are considered an asset
