Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Operations to lead our team and oversee daily business functions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets
- Oversee sales initiatives and identify new business development opportunities to expand market presence
- Supervise teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and align operational goals with overall company strategy
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields with a strong understanding of market dynamics
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus

Pay: $83,055.27-$85,176.80 per year
