We are seeking an experienced professional in the fasteners industry to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.
K2 Corrosion Fasteners LP, a dynamic importer and distributor of industrial fasteners with six warehouses across Canada, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Alberta branch.
This is your opportunity to join a growing national distributor. Over the last year, we have expanded by adding 33,000 square feet of modern high-bay warehousing, strengthening our ability to serve customers across Canada.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong customer relationships, and has industry knowledge in fasteners and industrial supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-up, order processing, and local purchasing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to position K2 as the supplier of choice
- Source customer requirements from North American distributors and manufacturers as needed
- Stay informed on current market trends and record competitive information in our system
- Follow pricing guidelines established by the General Manager
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Support branch sales goals and contribute to overall team success
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of fastener industry experience preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to our Adagio sales platform
- Self-motivated, creative, organized, and an effective time manager
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
