In this role, you would be joining the Division of Emergency Medicine — a division of the Department of Family Medicine.
The Division of Emergency Medicine facilitates the postgraduate training of five residents annually in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University, specifically with the CCFP Emergency Medicine (CCFP-EM) Program.
The successful applicants must have CCFP-EM certification and a license to practice medicine in the province of Ontario. A commitment to curiosity and innovation is essential. The successful candidate will be practicing out of the Division of Emergency Medicine, providing emergency care, contributing to the overall scholarly output of the Division, as well as profiling and informing evidence for enhanced skills training in Emergency Medicine. Previous clinical or academic leadership experience and previous scholarly/academic experience with an interest in assuming educational leadership roles is desirable.
