Overview:
As a Cashier/Customer Service representative for our telecommunications company, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers.
Accept payments, issue receipts, and provide change to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on telecommunications products and services based on their needs and preferences.
Assist customers with account inquiries, bill payments, and resolving billing issues or service concerns.
Requirements:
- High school or general equivalency diploma.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
