Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, siding installation, and finishing work.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Help with site preparation and cleanup after projects are completed.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
