Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance and Operations to lead our financial management and operational excellence. This pivotal role combines oversight of financial planning, reporting, risk management, and operational efficiency to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
- Oversee all accounting functions such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Preparation of financial statements.
- Lead risk analysis and risk management efforts to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation measures.
- Manage corporate finance activities including funding, investment opportunities, and capital structure optimization.
- Drive operational efficiencies by streamlining processes, managing cost controls, and enhancing overall business workflows.
- Supervise finance and administrative teams, providing leadership that fosters professional growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships that support organizational expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related fields with a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in risk analysis, risk management strategies, and investment decision-making processes.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation procedures and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
- Prior experience in business development activities is a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
