Window Guard is looking for reliable, hard‑working Film Installers to join our growing team of security professionals in the GTA. In this role, you will travel to residential and commercial properties to install safety and security window films and related security products.
This is a full‑time, hands-on position that’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in detailed work, and likes seeing a project through from start to finish.
Experience is not necessary, but an asset! As long as you are a fast learner, good listener, and open to learning a new skill, this job is open for all applicants.

Responsibilities
- Preparing windows and surrounding areas for interior and exterior film application.
- Installing a variety of window films with precision and attention to detail.
- Applying caulking and sealants as needed to complete installations and weatherproof openings.
- Driving to and from job sites across the GTA.
- Loading and unloading tools, materials, and products from the van.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Using hand and power tools.
- Communicating with customers on site when required.
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines on every job.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A valid G driver’s license.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, to understand work orders and interact with customers and the team.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and working on ladders.
- A strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality workmanship.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
