The sorter examines and / or reworks stamped parts. The individual is required to effectively use equipment, facilities and tooling to maintain a high level of quality and ensure safety. The sorter looks for both specified and unspecified defects and verifies the quality of packaging materials and containers. This job requires participation with fellow employees to safely and effectively maximize quality and production. Housekeeping duties are required to keep the work place clean and tidy.
The sorter must also be able to understand and carry out directives as provided by his/her supervisor

Examine parts, visually and using fixtures, separating defective and questionable product from acceptable product.
Maximize efficiency by working as a team with fellow employees, supervisors, etc.
Understand and carry out both verbal and written directives.
Keep work area clean and tidy by sweeping up, wiping down equipment, and removing scrap and garbage.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Afternoons - 4:30pm-3am
Weekends - Friday - Sunday, 5am - 5:30pm
Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
