**Job Description:**
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to take photos and gather content.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and update our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Listings.
- Create and manage new social media profiles on emerging platforms to stay ahead of digital trends.
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on all platforms daily to attract and retain followers.
- Take high-quality photos on-site and in the office to use in social media posts and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media channels for customer reviews and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Listings) and social media management tools.
- Strong photography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality images for social media use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexible availability to occasionally visit job sites and the office for content creation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
