Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
- Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal
- Execute carpentry tasks such as minor repairs or modifications as needed for proper surface preparation
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, caulking techniques, and rigging procedure
- Familiarity with painting processes and schematics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Good time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards client satisfaction
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders
- Prior experience in carpentry or related trades is advantageous
