Stefano Ricci Vancouver Boutique is seeking an experienced and client-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to our discerning clientele while representing the values, craftsmanship, and elegance of the Stefano Ricci brand.
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, highly professional, and confident in building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will play an important role in driving sales, developing client relationships, maintaining the boutique's high standards, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of service.
Responsibilities
- Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clientele
- Demonstrating an interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury
- Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs, offering personalized recommendations
- Participate in Merchandising activities and store maintenance.
- Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing what merchandise to present and creating the opportunity for add-on sales.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, hospitality, or a high-end customer service environment is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
- Passion for luxury fashion and appreciation for Italian craftsmanship.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
